Best possible and optimal location in an enjoyable area near the local subway station, all the sightseeing spots in Kyoto, and the restaurant and facilities.

The hotel was chic and fairly clean, had amazing views of the mountains overlooking the residential buildings. The room was huge and clean with a lounge, an in-room tablet, and air conditioning included. The staff members were welcoming and accommodating.

The service provided there was great. Late check-out was useful. The location was easy and wonderful, for example, An 800-Ton Tower was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed the pretty quiet area around the property.

It was fairly clean, and the people were very NICE. My room included a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. The location of the hotel was good and unbeatable - not very far from Jotokuji Temple. You could walk to a market and shopping streets. Restaurant on site was nice. Stayed here for 4 nights and did not want to leave.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and many major attractions within walking distance. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as heating and air conditioning, a terrace, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had an amazing dining restaurant and a cozy bar/lounge area. We were able to relax and rejuvenate in the on-site spa & wellness center, which included a sauna and public bath. The free Wi-Fi and luggage storage were also convenient. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Consistently courteous staff and fantastic location close to transport, everything was excellent. The room was fantastic and new-fashioned with a shower, hairdryers and a bidet in the communal bathroom. The views of the mountains overlooking the residential buildings were exceptional. Location: the hotel was short walk to also multiple subway and Nishiki Market and cool restaurants/bakeries. The service was thoughtful and the food was tasty.
